Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what's not allowed on Handz-in (the "Service"). It's part of our Terms of Service — by using the Service, you agree to follow this policy too.

The Short Version

Handz-in is meant for coordinating plans with people you actually know. Be respectful, be honest, and don't use it to hurt, exploit, or harass anyone.

You May Not Use the Service To:

Harm or exploit others

• Sexualize, exploit, or endanger anyone, especially minors, in any way
• Harass, bully, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Post content that promotes violence, self-harm, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics

Post illegal or harmful content

• Share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Organize or promote illegal activity through Circles, events, or messages
• Share sexually explicit content

Misuse the platform itself

• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Create an account for anyone other than yourself
• Attempt to access another user's account without permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages

Circumvent enforcement

• Create a new account after being suspended or banned, without our permission
• Help others violate this policy

Reporting and Enforcement

If you see content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it using the in-app reporting tools, or contact us directly at handz-in.support@yaegersolutions.com.

We review reports and may take action including, but not limited to: removing content, warning a user, suspending an account, or permanently terminating an account — with or without prior notice, at our discretion. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to address new situations or concerns. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
