Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Handz-in (the "Service"), operated by Yaeger Solutions Incorporated ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to create an account. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
• One person, one account. Don't create an account on someone else's behalf without their permission.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

3. What the Service Does

Handz-in helps small groups of friends ("Circles") coordinate get-togethers ("GNOs"): sharing events, proposing plans, RSVPing, and chatting with people in their Circle. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove features over time.

4. Your Content and Conduct

You're responsible for anything you post, send, or share through the Service — messages, events, circle names, avatars, and anything else (your "Content"). By posting Content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit it as necessary to operate the Service (for example, showing your message to other members of your Circle).

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which describes what's not allowed. Violating that policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or account termination, with or without notice.

5. Circles, Invites, and Membership

• Anyone you invite into a Circle you own can see the content shared in that Circle, including past messages, events, and RSVPs.
• Circle owners have additional controls, including the ability to remove members, rename or delete the Circle, and manage settings.
• If you leave or are removed from a Circle, your past contributions (messages, events, plans) may remain visible to other members.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe, in good faith, that you've violated these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your own account at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure providers (currently including Supabase for data storage and authentication, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for transactional email delivery) to operate. Your use of the Service is also subject to the practices of these providers to the extent described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the Service, or for the accuracy of any event, plan, or content shared by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yaeger Solutions Incorporated and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for any conduct or content of any user.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yaeger Solutions Incorporated and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy; or (d) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you (such as an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas / United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
